WORKSHOP WITH MANUFACTURERS OF MEASURING AND DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT FOR ENTERPRISES OF THE REGION

On June 25, a seminar for specialists of the departments of technical control, adjustment and diagnostics, non-destructive control, mechanical, metallographic and chemical laboratories was held at the Engineering Academy together with the Scientific-Production Enterprise "UKRINTEKH" (Kharkiv), as well as with specialists in quality control of materials.

At the seminar, experts of the Scientific-Production Company "UKRINTEKH" made presentations for the representatives of industrial enterprises of the region and for the teachers of the DSEA on the following topics:

- chemical analysis, non-destructive testing, mechanical testing and metallography for the study of metals, alloys and finished products;

- solution of control and diagnostics problems of various equipment;

- experience of implementation of third-party equipment;

- adaptation of the equipment developed by the Scientific-Production Enterprise "UKRINTEKH" by its integration into the existing infrastructure of the enterprise.

Samples of the equipment developed by the Scientific-Production Company "UKRINTEKH" were demonstrated and everyone was able to test the samples of workpieces that were brought by the seminar attendees.

As part of the seminar, a report was made by the Head of the DSEA CIT Department Dr.Sci. Oleksandr Tarasov about the impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution on the development of technologies, and he also spoke about improving the educational process at the department and the implementation of the ERASMUS + «BIOART» project. Within the framework of the ERASMUS + BIOART project, biomechanics and bioelectronics laboratories are being created, modern equipment and software are purchased.

A testing tensile machine UIT STM 010 by the Scientific-Production Enterprise “UKRINTEKH” and equipment of other Ukrainian manufacturers was installed to the biomechanics laboratory of the CIT department.
